TERMS OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT

Artonauts understands that images/photographs/designs featured on the Artonauts website and in our collections are used in the development and specification of potential projects. These images and designs belong to Artonauts, Inc and the team of artists that are represented by Artonauts. Any artwork that is used for such purposes must conform to all recognized state, federal, and international copyright laws.

In respect to the copyrights of our artists, photographers and graphics artist, the images displayed here may be used and copied for your own personal/educational purposes for your establishment provided that any copyrights or trade-marks are not removed.

In the context of printed materials, the images are sized absolutely for reference and not enlarged to full print size.

If content is permitted on the internet, or any other online or interactive media we ask that you use your best efforts to protect the content to ensure that it cannot be copied and distributed.

The content may not be used as a trademark or for any pornographic use, unlawful purpose or use, or to defame any person, or to violate any persons right of privacy, publicity or moral rights.
